Several times this week I found myself saying to a substitute Receptionist, in case she needed to call in a food order, and then to 2 different visiting clients who wanted lunch right at 12pm: " We'll call Kevin's. I can count on them to be fast, to deliver, AND to have the variety and specials for most needs. And, they have the best cookies in town!" Their garden salad has more than lettuce and a few hard tomatoes! Lots more, its' the best of several others in their league. I have used them consistently for about 3 yrs now and even more as time goes by just because of their friendliness and availability for basic deli lunch needs. It's a tough business especially when most everyone leaves the Bldg. you are in but I believe you will do just fine! Thank You for your great Customer Service. I realized that since I laud you to many others that I may as well go the source and let you know you are appreciated, too!

Every Friday, Kevin's Cookies and Deli has donated their cookies, muffin, biscuits, etc. to Rosebuds Ministries, Inc. in Austin, Texas. Rosebuds is a non-profit organization that gathers together weekly to learn to bless and serve others through the use of spiritual gifts in various areas of creative arts. We are multi-generational, multi-denominational and multi-cultural. Many of the people who attend our weekly meetings are in financial difficulty. Therefore, we charge no membership fees or annual dues. Weekly, we serve a snack. Once a month, we provide a meal.
Kevin's donation of food has been a tremendous blessing to our organization. The children (and adults!) love those cookies. I get asked at least once a week, "Did you get the cookies?", followed by a smile when I say, "Yes." In my opinion, Kevin's Cookies and Deli deserve the award beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Trey, you and your entire staff and family are to be commended on your performance with the catered luncheon. The whole event was flawless, well orchestrated, the food was delicious, the staffing courteous – what more can I say???
Thank you for a great job!!! If you’re interested, I will definitely use you again for our next catered event. You don’t have to answer that question today – recuperate from this past month (that you’ve been working on today’s event) and let me know. We will be having a catered holiday luncheon in December. :)

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your staff.
You delivered pastries to our office for a meeting a 8:00 a.m. Then, around 2:30 today, several of our clients came in after meetings - without having had lunch. They had to leave by 3:15. I don't know who I talked to, but they were able to take my order for sandwiches and had them brought over in less than 15 minutes. It was wonderful. No one had to rush to enjoy their meal. I looked to see if anyone forgot to eat their cookie, but of course, they were gone. I'm sure those were probably eaten before the sandwich and chips!
I don't know if you are always open that late in the afternoon, but I am thankful that you were able to take care of us on such short notice.
