When you need your gourmet cookie fix, you can't let little things like distance hinder you. That's why we offer Austin cookie delivery and national shipping for your cookie baskets, cookie gift boxes and cookie gifts. Just give us your cookie order and we'll make sure it gets to you. For gourmet cookies delivered in Austin, one of our staff or one of our local delivery partners will make a timely, friendly delivery. For nationwide shipping orders you can choose Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Either way, your delicious gourmet cookie gift will arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders within Texas will usually arrive the next business day.  Please note that we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.  Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

Simply put, it costs us to bring delicious gourmet cookies to you. Delivery charges are our way of passing on these costs to you. If you are ordering cookies for Austin delivery, the charge is $10.  Priority Mail charge is $9.99.  Our website interfaces with the UPS website to give you pricing for UPS shipments.

Want same day cookie delivery? Order before noon CST (weekdays only) and we will deliver cookies in Austin before the end of the day. Ordering cookies before noon also ensures that we will ship your cookie order the same day. Orders placed after noon CST, or on weekends and holidays will be shipped or delivered the next business day.   Please note that for brownie orders, we usually need 24 hours' notice.  Because we make your brownies only after you order them, it's not always possible to get same day delivery.

Delivery policies:

For orders that are shipped:

1.  You are responsible for giving us correct address information.  If package comes back to us as undeliverable, you will not be refunded.  You will be contacted for the correct address and we will re-ship the cookies at your expense.

2.  Because we are at the mercy of our carriers, UPS and USPS, we do not guarantee delivery dates.  We will do everything in our power to have your order arrive on the date that you request, but factors outside our control -- weather, shipping traffic (at Christmas time, for example), and mistakes made by our carriers -- may cause delays.

3.  Please make note of any special delivery instructions when you place your order.

For orders delivered in Austin:

1.  We will do our best to deliver in the time window that you request but specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

2.  We do not deliver on nights (after 5PM), unless our drivers are still working.  However, we do not schedule deliveries for night time.  We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. 

3.  You are responsible for giving us accurate address and contact information.  If we are given incorrect information, we will notify you.  You will then have the option of picking up the cookies from our shop, or paying a $10 re-delivery fee once you have provided us with the correct information.  You will not be refunded.

4.  If recipient is not there when we deliver, we will leave it at their door.  We will make every effort to leave them with a neighbor or officemate, but we are not responsible for the order once we have delivered it to the address you have specified.  No refunds will be given.

5.  If we are unable to deliver due to security/access reasons (listed below, or otherwise), cookies must be picked up at our shop and refunds will not be given.  For example, if we deliver to an apartment, dorm, hotel and other location with up-front security, we will leave the order at the front office or front desk.  It is your responsibility to notify us of any security arrangements when you order.  Also, if recipient lives in a gated community, we need to know that up front.  If we cannot gain entrance to make the delivery, the cookies can be picked up at our shop.  We will deliver to an alternate address for a $10 re-delivery fee.  No refunds will be given. 

6.   Please make note of any special delivery instructions when you place your order.  We will do our best to accommodate them, but most delivery circumstances are out of our control, so special requests are not guaranteed.
