Terms and Conditions

1.  Orders placed before noon CST Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day.  Orders placed after noon CST Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day.  We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

2.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays (including days that we are closed -- the day after Thanksgiving, for example) will be processed on our next business day.

3.  We cannot guarantee specific delivery times during high traffic periods, such as Valentine's Day or the month of December.   

For orders that are shipped:

1. You are responsible for giving us correct address information. If package comes back to us as undeliverable, you will not be refunded. You will be contacted for the correct address and we will re-ship the cookies at your expense.

2. Because we are at the mercy of our carriers, UPS and USPS, we do not guarantee delivery dates. We will do everything in our power to have your order arrive on the date that you request, but factors outside our control -- weather, shipping traffic (at Christmas time, for example), and mistakes made by our carriers -- may cause delays.

3. Please make note of any special delivery instructions when you place your order.

For orders delivered in Austin:

1. We will do our best to deliver in the time window that you request but specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

2. We do not deliver on nights, weekends or holidays.

3. You are responsible for giving us accurate address and contact information. If we are given incorrect information, we will notify you. You will then have the option of picking up the cookies from our shop, or paying a $10 re-delivery fee once you have provided us with the correct information. You will not be refunded.

4. If recipient is not there when we deliver, we will leave it at their door. We will make every effort to leave them with a neighbor or officemate, but we are not responsible for the order once we have delivered it to the address you have specified. No refunds will be given.

5. If we deliver to an apartment, dorm, hotel and other location with up-front security, we will leave the order at the front office or front desk. It is your responsibility to notify us of any security arrangements when you order. For example, if recipient lives in a gated community, we need to know that up front. If we are unable to deliver due to security reasons, cookies must be picked up at our shop and refunds will not be given.
